Lori Lindbergh, a doctoral student at Capella University, is recruiting PMP certified project managers to participate in her dissertation research study. The purpose of the study is to examine how factors in the organization’s culture impact a project manager's performance and project outcomes (scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business success). 

	Participate if you: Are PMP certified Are actively working as a PM Have at least 5-years of PM experience Have recently closed out a project of at least 6-months duration

The study will open late November 2008.
