Event Date: Tuesday, March 24th, 2009 at 7:00pm

Topic:

Ruby Tuesday, Inc. was awarded the Distinguished Project Award in 2008 for their Micros 4.0 project.  The project involved deploying new hardware and software to Ruby Tuesday's more than 900 restaurant locations.  The new tool would allow staff to process credit cards more efficiently and the credit card need not leave the guests' table.  There were some very aggressive deadlines set with this project, so the team sought innovate methodologies to help them succeed.  Venu and Eddy will provide an overview of the project and discuss lessons they learned.
