To be an effective project manager negotiation skills are a new core competence, not a just a skill you bring out for a special occasion. There are different levels of negotiator maturity. About our Speaker: Sue Stengel, PMP Sue Stengel is a PMP who has spent her career(s) negotiating. She began negotiating professionally while still in college at Colorado State University where she earned a B.S. and a MBA. Sue’s first career was in Purchasing during which time she earned designation as a Certified Purchasing Manager from the Institute of Supply Management. She has been a Project Manager for most of the last 17 years and earned a PMP in 2009.
